Farrah Abraham Shows Off Growing Belly Bump Amid Pregnancy Rumors

Farrah Abraham's on-again, off-again boyfriend Simon Saran denied pregnancy rumors in the past – but the proof is in the photos! Saran is coming clean about the Teen Mom OG star's possible pregnancy after she showed off her growing belly bump in a recent photo.

The pregnancy rumors continued when Abraham was wearing a sports bra and workout pants in a Twitter photo. In the snap, Abraham's burgeoning bump could be seen.

"You can deny it all you want but that is definitely a baby bump," one user wrote, as another commented, "Totally a baby bump! Congratulations!"

But Saran once again denied the rumors, as he tweeted, "No she's not pregnant!"

Abraham first sparked pregnancy rumors when she appeared to have a bump in a vacation photo with Saran.

He told RadarOnline.com at the time, "She's not pregnant. I believe she had too much Dr. Pepper to drink for breakfast that left her looking bloated."

Abraham shut down the rumors herself when she was caught on Snapchat drinking beer and cocktails.

But fans still have a new addition to look forward to, as Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry is pregnant with her third child with ex Chris Lopez.

The mother of Isaac with ex-boyfriend Jo Rivera and Lincoln with ex-husband Javi Marroquin is due in July.
