Farrah Abraham's Employee Upset Over Being 'Mistreated' During Harsh Firing
Farrah Abraham isn't cutting her employees any slack when it comes to her frozen yogurt shop! In a Teen Mom OG sneak peek, Abraham brutally fired her employee right after the grand opening.
After Froco manager Kiana was unable to clean one of the yogurt machines, Abraham asked to discuss the incident. But when the employee explained what happened, Abraham wasn't understanding.
"You need to be more in touch with yourself to know, 'Is this something I'm going to get frustrated with? Can I do this?'" Abraham said. "You have to open up yourself to be like, 'How do I do this different because what I'm trying isn't working.'"
As Kiana sat there stunned, Abraham then bashed her for having trouble using a can opener.
"Kiana how am I supposed to have a manager here who can't open things and clean up after themselves?" she asked. "I can't have that."
But Kiana didn't stand for Abraham's tough love, as she fired back at her bad boss!
"I've never been mistreated like this," she said. "You're saying it's my fault, but you showed me one time how to clean the machine. You're passing blame onto me."

Explaining her side of the story didn't help the disgruntled employee.
"It's my fault and you should not have worked here," Abraham said. "So you can blame that. I think it's best that you put your uniform in the office. You will receive your pay for tomorrow. It feels like there isn't an open mindedness. I'm not going to argue."
The harsh firing comes only one episode after Abraham celebrated the grand opening of her Texas-based yogurt shop.
