In another nude Justin Bieber scandal,  it seems that the star’s testicles are now the cause behind a massive legal outrage, RadarOnline.com has learned. A former New York hospital employee has just claimed that she got fired from her role as ER representative after being accused of accessing Bieber’s private medical chart while he was being treated at the hospital weeks prior.

The former Northwell Health employee, Kelly Lombardo has now filed a wrongful-termination claim against the hospital, her attorney David H. Rosenberg confirmed to PEOPLE.

The lawyer claimed that Lombardo had served as a loyal worker for the Long Island hospital for ten years and was on duty when reps allegedly told her Bieber was in for an STD treatment.

While Lombardo claimed she did not believe the rumors, or interact with the Canadian pop-star, she was confronted and fired a month later, after being accused of looking at his confidential records.

As Rosenberg said in the statement to PEOPLE, it was suggested that Lombardo looked at Bieber’s records only because she is “a young female.”

Ever since the lawsuit was exposed, Bieber’s own representative have come forward, and a source close to the star claimed that he was actually in for a swollen testicle caused by a soccer injury, not an STD.
