Derick Dillard has defied the Duggars once again.

Just months after being axed from Counting On, Jill's husband did the unthinkable and invited atheists to the family's church!

The TLC star initially stirred up controversy when he sent out a tweet to all of his 124K followers, inviting "any LGBTQ person & anyone else" to attend a service with the family this Sunday, Feb. 25 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Fans immediately questioned Derick's intentions, suggesting that he only sent out the tweet to do damage control after his recent firing. As RadarOnline.com readers know, Derick, 28, was cut from the Duggars' TV show after slamming transgender star Jazz Jennings.

In response to his inviting tweet, one user asked Derick if it was ok if she attended even though she's "atheist." Derick, surprisingly, responded "absolutely" to the user.

This comes on the heels of his wife Jill, 26, expressing doubts of the family's religion.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Jim Bob and Michelle's daughter admitted she recently read a book about not believing in God.

What do you think of Derick's shocking tweet? Sound off in the comments!
