Mother Knows Best! Demi Lovato Forced To Ditch Newly Sober Fashion Designer Pal
Demi Lovato's mother is not taking any chances when it comes to her daughter's sobriety!
After being spotted getting cozy with newly sober fashion designer pal Henry Levy on numerous occasions, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the 26-year-old "Sober" singer's family intervened and forced him out of the picture!
"Demi's mom, as well as her entire family, wanted Henry out of the picture the minute that they saw the two of them together," a source close to Lovato's mom, Dianna Hart, told RadarOnline.com. "Henry is newly sober and he is not the type of guy that Demi should be associating herself with right now."
According to the source, the A-list fashion designer, who's been to numerous rehabs and sober living houses for addiction to drugs and alcohol, "still runs in those Hollywood circles that Dianna wants her daughter to avoid."
"Several people have come to Dianna and told her that he is not a good influence since the two were seen together," the source told RadarOnline.com.
But Levy may not be completely out of the picture, as Lovato — who nearly died from a drug overdose at her Hollywood Hills, Calif. mansion in late July — doesn't want to listen to anyone!

"Demi is acting on her own accord again and everyone is worried sick," the insider said. "There is only so much that her family can do. The rest is up to her."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, in July 2018 Levy was slapped with a lawsuit accusing him of drug use, fraud, discrimination, as well as other shocking claims.
In the court papers obtained from Superior Court, County of Los Angeles, Levy's former employee Brendan Thompson, who began working for Enfants Riches Déprimés on June 15, 2014, accused Levy of "constantly engaging in illegal drug use and making racially charged remarks concerning other employees."
Thompson is seeking $5,000,000 in general damages.
The case remains active.
