Daryl “Captain” Dragon is on his deathbed, but he's still found a way to call 911, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!
The pop icon is currently in hospice care after claiming someone was trying to kill him in troubling 911 calls.
According to the report obtained by Radar, local police were called to his rental home in Arizona on Aug. 27, 2016 for a welfare check after the homeowner reported receiving “phone message from Daryl … that he believed his caregiver was trying to kill him.” But, the 74-year-old was “sleeping” and “secure” when they arrived!
The official report noted the home was “clean and there was no indication that criminal activity was taking place.”
He receives care from two aides, and one told police that she knew he “had made numerous phone calls earlier in the day.”
Dragon suffers from Parkinson’s disease, and his health has been declining since Toni Tennille filed for divorce in 2014. She claimed that he was a hypochondriac and insulted his medical conditions and failed hair transplant in her 2016 memoir.
The duo is known for their hits, “Love Will Keep Us Together” and “Do That to Me One More Time.”
“I still love Toni,” he told Radar at the time of her filing. “The divorce was her idea. I was never unfaithful to her. I can’t figure it out.”
