Danny Masterson left his longtime girlfriend stunned and bleeding after a brutal rape incident, she claimed in an LAPD incident report obtained by RadarOnline.com.
Tony Ortega of The Underground Bunker provided the document to RadarOnline.com after breaking the bombshell news this morning that Masterson has been the target of multiple sexual assault allegations over the years.
According to an LAPD investigative report filed by one victim in 2016, the incident occurred in December 2001, when she was living with Masterson in LA.
The report states that they had "lived together for 6 years, but were not married" when he subjected her to a brutal "sodomy."
The alleged victim "went to bed and when she woke up she was bleeding from her anus," the report claims.
She "confronted Masterson and he laughed ta her and told her he had sex with her in her anus," the document alleges.
The incident resurfaced, Ortega reported, when Leah Remini encouraged the woman and another alleged victim to come forward with their claims.
Masterson's rep told RadarOnline.com, "we are aware of the woman's 16-year-old allegations. It was only after the woman was in contact with Leah Remini that she made allegations of sexual assault by Mr. Masterson."
"The alleged incident occurred in the middle of their 6 year relationship, after which she continued to be his longtime girlfriend."
Ortega's report claimed they broke up two months later.
"When Danny ended the relationship she continued to pursue him …" the rep claims. "In fact, we are informed by the Church that the only demand she made of the Church after Danny broke up with her was asking for their help to intervene so the breakup would not be permanent."
Said the rep, "these false allegations appear to be motivated to boost Leah Remini's anti-Scientology television series since the woman only came forward after connecting with Leah Remini."
The LAPD confirmed to RadarOnline.com that they are "conducting an investigation," and that investigation is "ongoing."
