Cancer-Stricken Abby Lee Miller Breaks Down In New 'Dance Moms' Trailer

After a jail sentence and a horrific cancer battle, Abby Lee Miller is back on Dance Moms — and the new season appears to be more dramatic than ever.

The notorious dance coach, who is still suffering from Burkitt lymphoma, breaks down in her hospital bed in the no-holds-barred season trailer.

"I was ready to go back to work and start my life over, and now I can't even walk!" she sobs in the video.

Fans will be able to watch Miller recover from chemo, and struggle with the wheelchair she now uses to get around.

Despite her poor health, the 52-year-old insists she will return to what she does best.

"I need to get back to teaching and I need to get back to screaming at children," she says.

"You have to fight to be a champion."

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Miller was filming the new season against doctor's orders to rest and recover.

Sources said she would even film from her hospital bed — which the trailer proves to be true.
