DA Requests Hearing To Determine If Bill Cosby Will Be Labeled Violent Sexual Predator
Days after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported a Pennsylvania board deemed Bill Cosby a level-three sex offender the DA has filed a request for the judge to schedule a hearing regarding the matter and to see if the shamed comedian will be considered a "sexually violent predator."
This Tuesday, District Attorney Kevin R. Steele asked Judge Steven T. O'Neill to schedule a hearing to determine Cosby's fate, according to Philly.com.
If he is officially labeled a sex predator, Bill Cosby, 81, would have to be registered as such for the rest of his life, as undergo treatment and counseling for his "mental abnormality or personality disorder."
