Days after RadarOnline.com exclusively reported a Pennsylvania board deemed Bill Cosby a level-three sex offender the DA has filed a request for the judge to schedule a hearing regarding the matter and to see if the shamed comedian will be considered a "sexually violent predator."
This Tuesday, District Attorney Kevin R. Steele asked Judge Steven T. O'Neill to schedule a hearing to determine Cosby's fate, according to Philly.com.
If he is officially labeled a sex predator, Bill Cosby, 81, would have to be registered as such for the rest of his life, as undergo treatment and counseling for his "mental abnormality or personality disorder."
Radar readers know the actor has been on house arrest inside her Pennsylvania mansion since April, when he was found guilty of three counts of aggravated sexual assault.
