Michael Ray's meal was far from "happy" when he was busted for DUI and drugs during a pit stop at McDonald's early Wednesday morning.

The Country star, who's most famous for his hit song "Kiss You In The Morning", was cuffed and thrown behind bars after his 2012 jeep tapped the car in front of him while waiting in the drive-thru line at 3 AM on December 20 in Eustis, FL.

Ray said the collision happened after his foot slipped off the pedal, according to the police report.

"While speaking to Michael I noticed he had blood shot eyes, slurred speech, he stumbled while walking and smelled of alcohol… he said he was coming from a bar in Tavares," the arresting officer said in the report.

Ray failed nearly every sobriety test, according to the papers.

When cops searched him they found a glass bottle on with a brown liquid inside, and Ray told police, "that's weed oil" and that it belonged to him.

He was then arrested for DUI and felony possession of weed oil.

The singer is said to be released from jail soon.
