Lauren Alaina Gets Engaged To Boyfriend Alex Hopkins
Lauren Alaina just got engaged!
The country singer who started on American Idol announced on Instagram that her boyfriend Alex Hopkins had popped the question.
In the photo, Alaina, 23, holds Hopkins' face in her hands as she kisses him, showing off the big diamond rock on her engagement finger!
"Being yours forever has a nice "RING" to it. #HoppilyEverHopkins @_alex_hopkins WE ARE ENGAGED. EEEK. ?❤," Alaina wrote as a caption.
Hopkins, who graduated from college, also marked the milestone on his Instagram, writing, "Ladies and gentleman, may I present to you for the first time, the future Mrs. Lauren Hopkins."
The adorable twosome have made some public appearances together recently. In April, they were seen at the 2018 Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas. Alaina won the award for New Female Vocalist of the Year.
In June, "Doin' Fine" crooner Alaina and Hopkins walked the red carpet at the 2018 CMT Music held in Nashville. She gave him a huge public kiss!
Alaina was just 15 when she wowed viewers on season 10 of American Idol.
She finished as runner up to fellow country singer winner Scotty McCreery and has gone on to a successful career.
Now Georgia-born Alaina will be making wedding plans!
