Christina Beware! Inside Her NHL Hunk's Nasty DIVORCE WAR With Pregnant Ex

Christina El Moussa isn’t going to want custody battle advice from her new boyfriend, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!

Anaheim Ducks player Nate Thompson filed for divorce from his pregnant wife Cristin Thompson (now Stuart) in 2015 — and she fired back at him in an explosive petition for custody over their son!

Teague Maclean Stuart was born on May 18, 2015, and Cristin filed for sole physical custody the next day. She was willing to share legal custody with Nate, according to documents obtained by Radar.

The couple was still legally married at the time, so she asked the court to order Nate to pay her attorney’s fees.

Instead, Nate, 32, asked the court to award joint legal and physical custody — and asked that the judge change the baby's name, too!

“The minor child was named Teague Maclean Stuart without Nate's consent and contrary to the parties’ prior discussions and agreement,” the papers read. He later added that he wanted to change the baby's name to Jack!

The court ruled that Nate and Cristin, 30, are to share legal custody of Teague, but Cristin was granted sole physical custody. His name wasn't changed.

Noting that Nate "is a professional hockey player,” the order explained that “his job requires him to travel from approximately September through April each year. If he makes it to the playoffs, his season may extend through June."

Nate "has two more seasons on his current contract," the documents continue. "He expects to sign at least one more contract, which will require him to play until his mid thirties. Nate's hockey career creates unique and challenging scheduling issues.”

As a result, Nate was ordered to pay for Cristin and Teague’s expenses if she was required to travel for her parenting time.

The judge also issued a bombshell ruling prohibiting Nate from hosting the baby for overnights until Teague was a year old. At that point, his “parenting time should gradually expand and include overnights as is age and developmentally appropriate," the order said.

Meanwhile, Christina’s son Brayden was born on August 20, 2015. She later revealed that that infertility struggles led to her split with Tarek.

Tarek, 35, filed for divorce in January, and asked for joint custody of their kids Brayden and Taylor, 6.

Christina, 33, has not responded to his petition yet.
