WARNING: DISTURBING DETAILS BELOW
Heartless killer Chris Watts' young daughters' dead bodies were in a horrific state of decay when the hazmat team made the gruesome discovery in a large oil tank, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
According to new police reports obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Colorado hazmat team member O.L. Wilson claimed the corpses of Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3 lost their skin when authorities attempted to retrieve them from the tank, where their murderer father had dumped the bodies.
"There was a body facedown on the south side of the tank with the head facing west. It appeared to be a small female child," Wilson wrote in his horrific report. A trooper "grasped the upper portion of her right arm to turn her over...As the victim was passed through the manway, her left hand was degloved."
"Sergeant Armstrong then retried the removed skin that was from the left hand" and gave it to a police officer, he continued.
Then, Wilson and a trooper discovered a "small child's body face up in the tank."
"I grabbed her right arm near the wrist area and moved up toward the manway," he wrote in the report. "At this point, Trooper Reeder was able to secure her arm and left leg. We passed the body through the manway...During this extraction, there was some skin slippage where we had to touch the victim's body."
"There was also some skin on the plywood where her back made contact."
The body of Chris' third victim, his pregnant wife Shanann, was discovered in a shallow grave close by.
The three bodies were then turned over to the Weld County Coroner.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported last week from autopsy reports, Bella and Celeste died from "asphyxiation due to smothering."
The coroner noted "areas of skin slippage" on Bella's body.
The 4-year-old "fought back for her life" upon her own father's vicious attack, the prosecutor claimed in court.
On November 19, evil murderer Chris, 33, was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for killing his two little girls and Shannan, 34.
During the hearing, Chris’ father-in-law Frank Rzucek slammed him.
“I trusted you to take care of them, not kill them,” he said. “And they also trusted you. You disgust me.”
