Last year, Lind, who has supervised visits with Aubree every other weekend, claimed he missed the dance because he had a weightlifting competition.

As exclusively reported, Lind will not return for Season 8 of Teen Mom 2.

"He just wants to live his life and not be bad-mouthed all the time," an insider close to Lind told "He is living the normal quiet life. He's working on a friend's car lot doing mechanic work."

Although he was under contract for Season 7, he wasn't filmed as often as Houska.

"They just use him to bash him on the show," the source claimed.

The backlash Lind has received from the show forced him to stop using social media.

"It got to the point where Adam deleted his Twitter and doesn't use his social media anymore," the source claimed. "It's pointless because he always has to defend the plot lines against him."
