Chelsea’s Nightmare: Adam Lind Not Signing Away Parental Rights Of Daughter Aubree

Adam Lind signed away parental rights of his youngest daughter Paislee with ex Taylor Halbur, allowing her stepfather to adopt her. Now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal if the Teen Mom 2 dad will give up custody of his daughter Aubree with Chelsea Houska.

“It’s a little more complicated with Aubree,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “She’s older and has a consistent visitation/relationship with his parents.”

The insider added, “I’m sure he’d jump at the chance, but it’s going to have to be him to make the first move.”

Although Lind isn't Paislee's legal father anymore, she won’t be absent from her grandmother’s life.

“There was an agreement made with his parents so they are not completely cut out of Paislee’s life,” the source continued. “But the visits are really limited and supervised.”

The Ashley’s Reality Roundup reported that Lind terminated his rights to the 5-year-old in court. He confirmed he was aware the decision was permanent.

Soon after, Halbur’s husband Joe Leonard adopted her.

“It’s official… Paislee Mae Leonard #happyadoptionday #happytears,” the caption read of a photo of Leonard giving his new daughter flowers and a stuffed animal.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, a court order was granted for Lind to have visitation with Aubree, 9, at a center instead of supervised visits by his mother Donna.

According to the order, Lind’s mother Donna has supervised visits with Aubree every other weekend. Lind and his mother are allowed to have lunch with Aubree at school every Tuesday.

Aubree’s last name was also changed from Lind to Lind-DeBoer. Houska married DeBoer in October 2016. They welcomed children Watson, 1, and newborn Layne together.
