Watch Charlie Sheen's Ex Fiancée Blast Star — 'You Exposed Me To HIV!'
Nov. 19 2015, Updated 8:10 p.m. ET
Charlie Sheen claimed he ALWAYS told his partners he was HIV-positive before sex, but an explosive video of his ex-fiancée Scottine Sheen could prove otherwise!
The National ENQUIRER reported Monday that HIV-positive Charlie had been exposing his partners to the potentially deadly virus. Now, in a world exclusive video provided to RadarOnline.com, Scottine (also known as porn star Brett Rossi) claims she was unaware of his diagnosis during a period of their time together -- and he later tried to cover up the betrayal.
Scottine, who dated the Tinseltown train-wreck from 2013 to 2014, explodes in rage during the bombshell clip.
"You exposed me to HIV for a year and a half!" she ranted while torching mementos of their time together in a fiery inferno.
What's more, she claims, he offered her hush money like so many others he potentially exposed to the deadly virus. As RadarOnline.com reported, the Anger Management actor's massive cover-up scheme has so far cost him up to $10 million -- but Scottine was offered much less.
"You offered me a hundred grand after basically being married to you… you piece of sh*t," she screamed, in tears. "After everything I f****ng did for you and your f*****g kids!"
"You choked me out! You threw me on the floor! You dragged me around like a rag doll! You told me what a piece of s--t I was all the time. F--k you!"
The blistering diatribe against Sheen, 50, who has denied allegations of violence in their relationship, was recorded in April 2015 – but is only being made public now as part of The ENQUIRER's world exclusive report.
Sheen has settled at least 12 and as many as 24 cases from former sex partners who claimed he neglected to reveal his HIV-positive status—including men and transsexuals, RadarOnline.com reported earlier on Tuesday.
Scottine was scheduled to meet Charlie in mediation as well last month in Los Angeles, with the former porn star demanding $5 million from her ex-lover.
RadarOnline.com has learned she had agreed to a settlement just last week. It's not known for how much.
Charlie and Scottine split in October of last year, just weeks before they were scheduled to walk down the aisle. They began dating in 2013.
Charlie said at the time of their split: "Scotty and I had a great year together as we traveled the world and crossed a lot of things off our bucket list. She's a terrific gal, but we've mutually decided to go our separate ways and to not spend the rest of our lives together."
"I've decided that my children deserve my focus more than a relationship does right now," he continued. "I still have tremendous fondness for Scotty and I wish her all the best."
Just a few weeks later, Scottine was rushed to the hospital after an overdose, because insiders said she was struggling to overcome the breakup.
