Cancer-Stricken Abby Lee Miller Shows Grisly Back Surgery Scar

Abby Lee Miller hasn't spared her fans any of the grim details of her battle with cancer.

And on Saturday, the former Dance Moms star, 51, was extra-candid, posting a photo on Instagram of a nasty scar on her back from apparent spinal surgery!

Miller wrote as a caption, "After the 2nd surgery, My back is finally on the mend. I just wish the top section & bottom would hurry along too! I had 52 staples perfectly aligned and now a bunch of crazy stitches are holding my neck & lumbar region together! #abbyleemiller #abbylee #dancemoms @hoomanmelamedmd #aldc #aldcla #spjne #disc."

The disgraced reality TV star served her sentence in Victorville federal prison for not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.

Things briefly looked up for her earlier this year, as RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed on March 27 that Miller had been transferred from the prison to a halfway house in Van Nuys, California.

But just days later, Miller was hit with a huge medical crisis!

She went to the hospital and was ultimately diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a rare and fast-growing cancer that affects the lymph nodes. She's had to endure chemo.

While Miller's prison sentence is officially over, she is still facing the battle of her life against cancer and her new missive to fans shows that different parts of her body are being affected.

As RadarOnline.com reported just days ago, the dance coach has been using a wheelchair.

A source told RadarOnline.com, "Abby can't walk at all. Her mind is so sharp, but she can't move her legs. She has no mobility at all. She is going crazy."

Before her June 30 Instagram post, Miller had previously told her followers, "If I could FALL, I would CRAWL to the MALL. #Spinesurgery."
