Abby Lee Miller showed off a photo of herself in a hospital harness after RadarOnline.com broke the details of her return to Dance Moms.

Fragile-looking Miller, 51, wore a black stocking cap and a smile as she was held up by the harness. It looked like she was getting her legs stronger and practicing walking on what looked like a medical treadmill.

Fans cheered cancer-stricken Miller on after she posted the picture on Friday on her Instagram account.

Miller wrote as a caption, "Look at me, way up high. I never thought I'd be cast in the role of Peter Pan, but I'm harnessed up and ready to fly!! #abbylee #abbyleemiller #dancemoms #fighter #dance #aldc #aldcla."

The disgraced reality TV star was hit with a health crisis earlier this year after serving her prison sentence for not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets.

In March, Miller had been transferred from the prison to a halfway house in Van Nuys, California when she had to be rushed to the hospital.

She was ultimately diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a rare and fast-growing cancer that affects the lymph nodes. She's endured chemotherapy and has recently been wearing caps, probably to hide hair loss.

Miller is also getting around in a wheelchair.

As Radar reported on Friday, July 13, the determined TV coach isn't letting cancer stop her from living on the dance floor!

A source told Radar about Miller returning to work on Dance Moms, season 8, "They have started filming and apparently they will pick up from inside the hospital, where where Abby needs to build a team from scratch. She's starting all over, a full reset."

Although Miller has been battling cancer at a Los Angeles hospital, she is expected to "go back to her roots in Pittsburg to build a new Abby Lee Dance Company team with all new unknown names on the new season."

The star has been candid with her fans, often sharing photos of her fight for life, including a nasty back surgery scar.
