Cameron's Comeback: Inside Diaz's Plans To Return To Hollywood — Behind The Camera!
Cameron Diaz is going back to work at long last – but RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively she's choosing voiceover duties over movie roles.
"After a few years off, Cameron is searching for a big commercial campaign to lend her voice to," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "It's her way of taking baby steps back into the spotlight and reminding people that she's a charming and bankable star, but without the pressure of signing up for a movie where she's responsible for the whole project's success or failure."
But as RadarOnline.com readers know, the baby steps may actually just be a ploy to avoid revealing a baby bump!
Diaz, 46, sparked pregnancy rumors when she suddenly "quit" acting earlier this year. But recent photos of the There's Something About Mary star show her looking curvier than usual, while out with hubby Benji Madden. Not to mention she hasn't been pictured drinking!
Diaz and Madden, 39, are reportedly desperate to have a baby, which is why she "hasn't wanted to work."

Still, insiders insist Diaz is merely looking to dip her toe back in the acting pool
"Cameron is a lot more comfortable doing voice work these days because it's a stress-free way to make money," the source said. "The hope is that she will land a beer or carmaker voiceover deal that will get her back in the direction of making films again, but for now she's taking things one step at a time."
