Cake Boss is back on TLC Monday night, with a dramatic episode of how Buddy Valastro  and his family prepared for last October's Superstorm Sandy .

With their Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey set for a direct hit, Buddy doesn't know what they'll do if the business doesn't survive.
