Brian Austin's Ex Says He & Megan Fox 'Completely Cut' Son Kassius Out Of Their Lives

Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green may not be so picture-perfect after all. As RadarOnline.com has learned, the famous duo may be secretly neglecting a very important member of their family.
This Monday, Green's first baby mama, Vanessa Marcil, took to Instagram to accuse the hunk of ditching his eldest son, Kassius Green, in order to focus on his new family with Fox!
"12 years ago I was served legal papers and then spent 8 years+ defending myself and my son in custody court in response to his father & his stepmother trying to get full custody (that means I would have seen my son four days a month) and then asking me to pay them child support. They lost that case & a civil case asking me for 200,000," Marcil, 50, began.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Marcil and Green, 45, welcomed their now 16-year-old son in 2002, after falling in love on the set of Beverly Hills 90210. After their breakup, Green married Fox, 32, with whom he welcomed Noah, 6, Bodhi, 4, and Journey, 2.
The two are still together and often post photos of their happy family, but Marcil claims they're hiding a huge secret behind closed doors: the pair haven't seen or spoken to Kassius in five years!
Marcil wrote on Instagram that five years ago, Green and Fox "decided to completely cut" Kassius "out of their lives and his younger brothers' lives."
"Kass has never met his youngest brother and is not allowed to know where his bio father, stepmother and three younger brothers live," the enraged actress continued. "Custody cases hurt the children only and the truth shall set us all free. Put the kids first you guys. There shouldn't be a 'more important parent' kids love both parents equally no matter what either parent's struggles may be."
Marcil said that she hadn't spoken publicly of the incident because she'd hoped to protect her son from the drama. She also claimed that she never once asked Green for child support or for full custody, which is why his decision not to see his eldest son is so upsetting and bizarre.
"Kass has been truly heartbroken since being cut out of his other families lives with NO explanation. Let's do better for our kids. Let's share our stories. #Buddhakids," wrote Marcil.
While neither Green nor Fox have addressed Marcil's claims, the angry mom put Green on blast earlier this month, when he posted a photo of Kassius in his school play — an image reportedly taken by Marcil, since Green was allegedly abset from the event.
