It's War! Blac To Battle Rob For Custody Of Dream

In a rousing victory for Blac Chyna, the Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner issued a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian, pending an August 8 hearing.

While Blac may have won that battle, the war with her ex is not yet won.

Lisa Bloom, Chyna's lawyer exclusively tells Radaronline.com that the estranged couple will fight it out in court for custody of their daughter, Dream.

"Now that we have a complete and total victory and we have obtained all of the restraining orders we requested, we will attempt to work out the remaining issues of custody and visitation with Mr. Kardashian," Bloom told Radar. "We hope that further litigation will not be necessary."

Bloom went on to express her disgust with Kardashian, 30, after he sent his lawyer to do the dirty work of cleaning up the mess he made.

"So far we only have an apology from Mr. Kardashian's attorney. A real man apologizes himself, not hides behind his lawyer," Bloom blasted.

Bloom claimed that Blac has suffered several types of abuse at the hands of Kardashian, including, "physical and emotional abuse, and cyberbullying."

"We are grateful that the court agreed that the online harassment of Chyna is a form of domestic abuse and that the judge prohibited him from any further harassing posts about her."

The temporary restraining order comes on the heels of Kardashian's recent Instagram rant, in which he publicly shared some scandalous nudes of his ex.
