Blac Chyna scored another legal victory in her brutal legal battle against Rob Kardashian, his monster momager and his sisters RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

According to new documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, a judge tossed out part of Rob’s lawsuit against Chyna, according to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

“I'm pleased to announce yet another court victory we obtained for Blac Chyna against the Kardashian/Jenner family. We look forward to squaring off against Rob Kardashian's mom and sisters without Rob getting in the middle of that court battle,” Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom said in a statement about the case.

Today the Judge ruled that Rob has no say in Chyna’s litigation against Rob’s mom and sisters for torpedoing Season 2 of Rob & Chyna. Kris, Kylie, Kim, and Khloe must all respond directly to Chyna’s claims that they secretly conspired in early January 2017 to cancel Season 2 of Rob & Chyna. Season 2 of Rob & Chyna was officially announced by the E! Network in December 2016.”

Bloom slammed the latest legal maneuver by Kardashian, saying: “Rob attempted to get in the middle of this major court fight between his ex-fiancée and his mom and sisters, but the Judge won’t allow it, and threw out that part of his case.

“We will continue to aggressively litigate this case to vindicate Chyna's rights.”

Chyna first filed a lawsuit after Rob’s revenge porn rant, when he posted naked videos and photos of her online.

She claims his controlling family then had the plug pulled on their ratings-winning show out of spite.

Rob and Chyna’s attorneys were scheduled to appear in court on August 14, 2018 for a hearing that could determine a trial date in their on-going legal fight.
