Order In The Court! Judge BERATES Cosby Team's Call For Mistrial

Judge Steven T. O’Neill is furious that Bill Cosby’s spokesperson, Andrew Wyatt, made statements to the press Thursday, urging the jury to give up and declare a mistrial.
“This thing is a deadlock,” Wyatt said at a news conference outside the Montgomery County Courthouse a little after 8 p.m. “If they don’t have a verdict by now, we’d hope the judge would relieve them.”
According to RadarOnline.com's source inside the courtroom — where tensions were higher than ever — O'Neill addressed Cosby directly during his tirade Friday morning, explaining due process and insisting that the jury has the right to deliberate as long as they so chose.
O'Neill also reminded Cosby that if a mistrial is declared, the shamed comedian can still be retried on the same charges.
Later, the jury presented additional questions, requesting to hear Cosby's sealed testimony from his civil deposition in 2005. They also requested clarity on the definition of "reasonable doubt" from Judge O'Neill.
As readers know, 79-year-old Cosby faces charges for allegedly drugging and molesting Andrea Constand in his Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, mansion in 2004.
In a previously sealed deposition from the 2005 case, America's once favorite dad said that he was romantically interested in Constand from the first time he saw her, though he didn’t tell her that.
Cosby's intention was "to get to spend time with her, to get to know her, to have relations with her," the documents state. The actor gave her his home number in Philadelphia but he didn’t want his wife, Camille, to know.
As for the night of the alleged assault, Cosby addressed the pills he gave Constand before they started "petting."
"What type of Benadryl do you use?" lawyers asked the comedian, who responded at the time: "There are 2 regular, and decongestant. They are pills, white and blue." When asked if he told Constand what the pills — which the comic referred to as "friends" — were, Cosby answered "No."
"I wanted her to be comfortable enough to relax, I wanted her to be comfortable so she could sleep after our necking session," Cosby said of his intentions in giving Constand the alleged Benadryl.
As for why he called the pills "friends," Cosby said: "Because they might help take some of the stress and tension away."
"We go in into the living room we are necking and we are petting. . ." he claimed of the events to follow. "It’s a different kind of emotion than our first physical encounter and hopefully her orgasm might help things."
