Shameless Bill Cosby Cracked Jokes At Sex Offender Evaluation, Refused To Discuss Assault

Bill Cosby is going back to court for a pre-sentencing hearing after a state board deemed him a "sexually violent predator" — and RadarOnline.com can reveal the disgraced comic's shameless jokes during his psych evaluation nailed his level 3 sex offender status.

"He wouldn't speak about the assault," an insider exclusively told RadarOnline.com about the evaluation, which took place at the actor's Pennsylvania estate in June. "That's one of the main factors behind their decision. He joked about everything!"

On July 18, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported the shamed comedian was deemed a "sexually violent predator" by mental health professionals following the evaluation.

The source noted that the 81-year-old joked about iSpy, The Cosby Show and Fat Albert, strictly refusing to talk about the case. He was worried he would incriminate himself, even though he was already convicted of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.

"He doesn't care," the source claimed. "He said he's going to jail anyway, so this evaluation won't make a difference and he refuses to be told what to do by anyone—even his wife, let alone some stranger."

"He's still joking about the evaluation," the source continued. "He said 'I didn't see this one coming!' I don't think he understands how serious this is, or he just doesn't care. Either or, it's bad news."

In a bizarre twist, the evaluation took place in the same living room where Cosby assaulted Constand in 2004.

Cosby remains confined in his Pennsylvania home until his Sept. 24 sentencing, and must wear an ankle bracelet to track his every move.
