Blue Ivy Makes Cameo In Beyoncé’s New ‘Lion King’ Music Video ‘Spirit’
Blue Ivy Carter is already following in her mother’s footsteps. On Beyoncé’s Lion King music video, “Spirit,” the 7-year-old made an adorable cameo — and looked like a mini-me of Queen Bey while doing it.
Towards the beginning of the clip, Beyoncé, 37, is seen standing in a desert wearing a gorgeous lavender dress, when Blue Ivy joins her in a matching gown. They share a loving look and hold hands, before taking a seat and looking into the camera.
The singer then breaks into a stunning tribal dance, first in the desert, then in front of a lake, a waterfall, a mountain range, and a series of other breathtaking sets. She moves along with the vibrant music while being backed by her colorfully-dressed dancers.
Blue Ivy enters the scene again in one of the final shots.
Amid shots of Beyoncé and her crew, there are also some of Nala, Simba, and the rest of the film’s animated characters. RadarOnline.com readers know Beyoncé voices Nala in the Lion King remake.
During the film premiere in Los Angeles last week, the singer was joined by her daughter on the red carpet at the Dolby Theater. The two wore matching sparkly black and silver ensembles.
