Bethenny Frankel's Ex To Head To Trial In August For Stalking, Harassing 'RHONY' Star

Bethenny Frankel's ex-husband has bought some time in his stalking and harassment case.
RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Jason Hoppy will return to court on August 8 on charges he threatened the Real Housewives of New York star at their daughter Bryn's school in January, and sent hundreds of "abusive emails" and phone calls.
Hoppy attended a hearing in Manhattan court this morning, though Frankel was not in attendance.
The father of one's attorney claimed he had not received "all the discovery" from Frankel's team.
"I request two weeks, by July 11," the Frankel's lawyer said.
The parties will return to court for a trial in less than two months.

"You are to stay away from her and deter any communication from her," the judge reminded Hoppy before the hearing ended.
He was also slapped with two more counts of stalking.
Hoppy refused to comment when approached by RadarOnline.com after court.
In March, he shut down a plea deal in the case, and instead chose to fight the charges.
Frankel and Hoppy split after two years of marriage in January 2013. The nasty divorce was finalized over three years later.
The former couple fought bitterly over custody of their daughter, and their downtown New York apartment.
