Another Drug Bust! ‘Teen Mom’ Star Bar Smith Once Arrested For Possession Of Meth
Bariki Smith has a lot in common with the other Teen Mom baby daddies! The Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant star was once arrested for possession of meth and more shocking charges, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
In court papers obtained from Superior Court of California, County of Alameda, Smith, 21, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, on December 7, 2015.
Ashley Jones’ baby daddy was also charged with giving false information to a police officer when he “did falsely represent and identify himself/herself as another person and as a fictitious person to a police officer, upon a lawful detention and arrest, in order to evade the process of the court and evade proper identification.”
For the third and final count, he was charged with trespassing with intent to interfere.
“He entered lands for the purpose of injuring property and property rights with the intention of interfering with, obstructing, and injuring the lawful business and occupation carried on by the owner of such land," the court papers read.
Smith, who was 18 at the time, served five days in jail. He pled no contest.
He was ordered to stay at least 100 yards from the Children’s Hospital in Oakland, where it is believed he trespassed, unless medically necessary. A deferred entry of judgment was granted for six months if no new arrests. He was also placed on three years probation.
