‘Bachelorette’ Star Claims She Was ‘Roofied’ & Sexually Assaulted By Masseuse On Set
Former Bachelorette Meredith Phillips has claimed she was sexually assaulted while on the set of the show.
The beauty — who starred on the dating series in 2004 — dropped the bombshell on May 23 to Reality Steve.
“Normally I wouldn't really talk about this, but I'm going to tell you because it's bothered me for years,” Phillips stated. “I was roofied by a masseuse a producer had hired to come into my room to give me a massage.”
During her talk with the blogger, also known as Stephen Carbone, she claimed the female masseuse gave her a mysterious pill, which she promptly ingested. Phillips then said she completely lost control of her body, and regained consciousness when she was naked in her hotel room’s hot tub with the also-nude masseuse.
“She gave me a pill... I assumed it was an Asprin or a Tylenol or something, and it definitely wasn't that,” she said. “The last thing I remember is she got naked and she was in the tub with me and rubbing my back and rubbing areas she probably shouldn't have.”
After the alleged assault, Phillips claimed she woke up alone, naked in her bed, confounded by what had just happened.
“I wasn't even drinking” she explained. “It's hard for me to talk about... I remember everything until a certain point. When the pill kicked in, I literally couldn't even move my body, so I have no idea what the pill was at all.”
“I had no control, zero, that was the hardest part for me, I couldn't even throw my arms in the air to say no,” the beauty concluded.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Meredith Phillips is not the first Bachelor franchise contestant to claim she was sexually assaulted during the popular dating show. On the last season of Bachelor In Paradise, Corinne Olympios claimed she was assaulted on set by costar DeMario Jackson while she was intoxicated. The show conducted an investigation, and found no wrongdoing on Jackson's part. Olympios and Jackson are now on good terms.
