Audrina Rips Ex In Custody Battle: Asks Judge Fine Him $4k For Violating Court Order

The court battle between Audrina Patridge and ex Corey Bohan just got uglier as The Hills star asked a judge to impose monetary sanctions against her baby daddy, while also demanding her ex to provide all of their correspondences concerning their one-year old daughter.

In court document obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Patridge said Bohan has repeatedly failed to provide her with documents she has requested. She asked the court to fine Bohan $4,030 within 10 days of a court order.

The former couple have been embroiled in a nasty divorce, which resulted in Patridge filing a domestic violence restraining order against Bohan. The former reality T.V. star claims Bohan’s behavior has grown very erratic and that she was fearful for their daughter’s safety.

Both sides are scheduled to appear for a hearing on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Orange County Superior Court.

Patridge said she had requested all documents, emails, letters, notes, auto recordings from Bohan, but Bohan said Patridge already had the documents and other items she is demanding.

“Respondent did not state the documents do not exist, rather he appears to be attempting to shirk his duty …,” wrote Patridge’s attorney, Elizabeth Nigro in the court affidavit. “The chain of communication between the parties is relevant to the domestic violence restraining order hearing, and as to the custody and/or visitation issues."

Bohan, who fired back with his own response, objected to Patridge’s demands for their past correspondences and said “such request is overboard, unduly burdensome and/or oppressive and harassing,” according to an April 2, 2018 affidavit.

Bohan’s attorney, Sarah Carlson Lambert, said his client has responded to all of Patridge requests and has provided all of there pertinent documents. Other documents, however, may not be in Bohan's possession or never existed, Lambert said.

Lambert also said Patridge’s claims that she had repeatedly reached out to Bohan to resolve the correspondence issue is “misleading” and asked the court to deny Patridge’s request for monetary sanctions.

The court has not ruled yet on the restraining order. The hearing is scheduled for May 30, 2018. Patridge currently has a temporary restraining order on him, which she filed Sept 18, 2017 and was granted by the court.
