Audrey Hepburn's bickering boys are locked in a legal fight over displaying her memorabilia — a move that prevents children's charities from receiving needed money!
After his own financial difficulties, Sean Ferrer, 56, has attempted to block kid brother Luca Dotti, 47, from exhibiting their late mother's stuff — strangling the cash flow for the Audrey Hepburn Children's Fund and forcing it to the brink!
"Audrey would roll over in her grave if she knew her sons were fighting over old souvenirs," said a Hollywood insider.
"She devoted her life to helping kids by working with the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund and would be sick over a family feud standing in the way of charity.
"This situation is heartbreaking."
