Artie Lange Slams Howard Stern For 'Boring' & 'Politically Correct' Radio Show

Artie Lange slams Howard Stern like never before in his new book, "Wanna Bet?", exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com ahead of publication on July 17, 2018.

The comedian laid it all out when it came time to discuss his former boss and what he says has become the most "politically correct" radio show since his departure ten years ago.

His criticism took place after he broached the subject of millennials and their obsession with political correctness. The comedian referred to it as "millennial bulls**t that has stalled the evolution of stand-up comedy."

"Younger comics just don't take risks," Lange explained. "The only upside of it all is that people like me who aren't afraid to 'go there' in their material are outlaws. And show me a time in history when outlaws haven't been popular."

Lange, 50, expressed feeling lucky that he was on The Stern Show before it became too caught up in other people's opinions.

"I'm lucky to have found my forum before all of that happened," Lange said. "I was able to do politically incorrect humor on a national level every morning for eight years behind a superstar radio host. Jeff Ross always says that the roasts he's now famous for were his Yankee Stadium. Dave Attell says his show Insomniac was his Yankee Stadium. Howard was mine."

"And good thing, because Howard's show today is the perfect example of how political correctness has ruined comedy," the comedian admitted. "His show is so unbelievably safe, boring, and just bad."

Lange was forced off the show in 2008 after several failed attempts at drug rehabilitation.

"It's amazing how sensitive people are today and in being so, more narrow-minded and accepting," Lange continued. "They're accepting of what they think is acceptable, which is the exact opposite of being truly accepting and open-minded."
