"Me & my buddy Rich," Lange wrote. "Not me and Buddy Rich. My friend Rich. From like 1990-93 I was in NYC every night. Tryin to get a break. Rich owned The Clubhouse In Plainfield NJ. Dance club w 4 floors. It’s the only thing that kept me in NJ once n awhile. That’s how fun it was. Genius!"

The picture shows a disheveled-looking Lange hiding behind dark sunglasses. His nose appears to have swollen massively since he was last seen during his sentencing on drug charges over the summer.

While it is unclear what caused the swelling, he has been suffering health issues for years.

Most recently, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported the 50-year-old comedian was rushed to the hospital on October 18 after his blood sugar suddenly dropped.

Lange's nose first looked swollen in December, after he claimed he was beaten by bookies. Following the shocking post, police arrested Howard Stern's former sidekick on a warrant for his drug possession charges.

Over the summer, an Essex County judge in New Jersey ordered Lange to four years of probation and random drug testing.

The judge cautioned Lange that this would be his last chance to get back on track or face prison the next time around.

“You pose the biggest risk to yourself,” the judge told Lange after his sentencing. “One of your doctors said that if you relapse again, you’re basically going to kill yourself.”

“I hope you take this sentence seriously and do what you need to do — not only for you but for your family, who depend upon you,” she said. “This is your one chance.”
