Ailing Aretha Franklin's Sister-In-Law Admits Iconic Singer Is 'Very Ill'

Amid news of Aretha Franklin's poor health, the iconic singer's sister-in-law told RadarOnline.com exclusively her outlook is "not looking good."

"She's very ill...She has been under the weather for months," the Queen of Soul's sister-in-law Cendia Franklin exclusively told RadarOnline.com. "A lot of her family is around her, supporting her."

Franklin has reportedly been battling pancreatic cancer since 2010. She relapsed in her cancer battle in 2017, The National ENQUIRER reported.

According to her sister-in-law, she's now fighting for her life in her native Detroit.

Her brother Vaughn's wife explained the family is unsure whether or not the star will ever recover at 76 years old.

"We just never know," she told RadarOnline.com.

According to Showbiz 411, Franklin is "gravely ill," and has been suffering "exhaustion and dehydration" since 2017.
