"A third party contacted our law enforcement agency, giving information of a male that was intoxicated outside a parking lot and was fearful that the male was going to be driving home," Captain Joey Crosby told Radar. "Officers responded to the scene and as a result of what they observed, they ended up making an arrest on the male for public intoxication, which is a city municipal ordinance charge. He was transported here to our precinct immediately thereafter and released after a period of time."

According to The Blast, who first reported the news, the 50-year-old had been partying at a Myrtle Beach gentleman's club.

Hatten dated the tragic model in the early 2000's.

In 2002, he served six years behind bars for threatening and stalking Smith.

Five years later, in 2007, Smith was discovered dead in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida from a drug overdose.
