Anna's sister, Priscilla Waller, and her husband, David, welcomed a baby girl on Tuesday morning.
The Wallers shared the exciting news of Josh and Anna's new niece on their website.
"Today we welcomed our fourth child in our family! A little precious girl whom we named Destiny Faith," the couple wrote.
Destiny weighs 8 lbs 5 oz and is 22.5 inches long, according to the post.
The exciting news comes after fans speculated that Anna, 30, was pregnant. Josh Duggar's wife fueled the pregnancy rumors after she was caught wearing a maternity dress in September.
But Anna was quick to put the rumors to rest. The mother of five responded to fans on Instagram, commenting, "I'm not expecting…only overdue for a diet."
