Abby Lee Miller Released From Prison, Ready To Check Into Halfway House
March 30 2018, Updated 1:00 p.m. ET
Abby Lee Miller has finally been released from prison, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
However, she's not totally free yet. A source exclusively told RadarOnline.com the former Dance Moms star left Victorville federal prison this morning, and is currently en route to a halfway house in Van Nuys, California. She will remain in custody at the facility until her official release date on May 25.
Us Weekly was first to break the news of Miller's release.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Miller was expected to transfer to the Van Nuys halfway house on April 18 after many initial delays.
She was "furious" when she wasn't transferred in February as expected, a source told RadarOnline.com.
"They are actually holding Abby Lee later because there is no room at the halfway house she was set to go to. But it's nothing against Abby personally. It is something that is happening everywhere," the source told RadarOnline.com.
"But Abby is furious! She feels like she is being targeted. She had a nuclear meltdown over this. She had her bags packed, so to speak. She was ready to go."
Miller checked into prison in July on fraud charges.
