'Free At Last!' Abby Lee Miller Officially Released From Prison
Free at last!
Abby Lee Miller was officially released from prison on Friday, May 25 after being sentenced to one year behind bars on fraud charges.
The Dance Moms star posted the exciting news on Instagram Friday. "TIMES UP!!!! “ Free at last, Free at last, Thank God almighty we are free at last. “ Martin Luther King Jr. #abbylee #abbyleemiller #abbyleeisfree #free #freedom #dancemoms," she wrote as a caption to a photo of her pointing at her wrist watch.
As fans know Miller spent eight and a half months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of concealing bankruptcy assets, as well as not reporting an international monetary transaction.
Miller was transferred to a halfway house on March 27, where she was expected to serve the remainder of her sentence.
However, on April 17, Miller, 51, was forced to undergo surgery for a multi-level laminectomy and was ultimately diagnosed with Burkitt lymphoma, a rare and fast-growing cancer that affects the lymph nodes. She has been in the hospital ever since.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively, despite having been released from prison, hardships are far from over for the cancer-stricken star!
A prison insider revealed there are “certain conditions’ Miller must still adhere to.
And while taxpayers were fronting the bill for her cancer treatment, which consists of several rounds of radiation and chemotherapy so far, Miller will now have to pay her own medical bills!
“Abby has 48 hours to meet with her probation officer and it will have to be before 10 a.m. tomorrow morning,” the source told RadarOnline.com yesterday.
