Abby Lee Miller Has Meltdown In Prison Over Unchanged Release Date!
Abby Lee Miller’s hopes of being released from FCI Victorville prison early have been crushed, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
After pleading guilty to federal charges that included not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets, the 51-year-old former Dance Moms diva was sentenced to 366 days in the slammer.
Although a source confirmed to RadarOnline.com that she would mostly likely be released four months early and complete the remainder of her sentence in a halfway house, a jail insider said, “Abby found out last week that she will not be getting any substantial halfway house time. They are going to hold her until two weeks before her release date."

“Obviously, she flipped out and was crying uncontrollably,” the insider said, adding that Miller screamed, ‘I’ll get my attorney to get me out of here. They can’t do that to me!’”
A rep for the prison has not responded to RadarOnline.com's calls for comment.
