Adios! Abby Lee Miller Jets To Mexico After Judge Cancels Prison Sentencing
Abby Lee Miller is taking advantage of her postponed prison sentencing with a trip to Mexico! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the Dance Moms star is spending her final months of freedom vacationing.
According to court papers obtained from the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Miller requested permission to travel to Merida, Mexico on March 2, 2017 and Cancun, Mexico on March 3rd through the 7th.
But this will officially be the dance teacher's final getaway, as Judge Joy Flowers Conti ruled "no further travel will be authorized prior to the sentencing."
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Miller's sentencing was canceled after the United States Attorney and Assistant United States Attorney "requested that the currently scheduled hearing date of February 24, 2017 be continued."
RadarOnline.com can reveal Miller, 50, will be sentenced on May 8th and May 9th.
