Last Dance? Abby Lee Miller’s Chemo Treatment Not Working Amid Cancer Battle

Abby Lee Miller may lose her battle with cancer. has exclusively learned the former Dance Moms star’s treatment for Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma hasn’t been successful.

A source close to Miller, 51, revealed the chemotherapy hasn’t been as effective as doctors had hoped.

“They are not sure she is going to recover from or make it at this point,” the insider said. “It is so bad. They are waiting for tests results to come back and then they would know more.”

The source added that she “can’t stop crying.”

“The pain is so much deeper than physical at this point,” the insider confessed.

As previously reported, Miller is planning to file a lawsuit against FCI Victorville.

“She complained for months in prison about the pain,” a source said. “The staff and teams there wouldn’t allow her medical treatment.”

The insider added how staff thought she was “being a drama queen” and that she “just wanted to get out of prison.” also reported that Miller is getting her business affairs in order after the diagnosis.

“Abby Lee’s deciding who gets what in her will,” a source said. “She made a few friends in prison and she’d like to reward them. It’s a very sad, scary time for Abby Lee. She never felt so alone!”

Miller posted a photo of herself in bed while hooked up to an IV on April 21.

“So much gratitude and love for those who listened, those who looked deeper and those who leapt into action,” she captioned the sad picture. “So much more I wish I could say…… about how quickly your life can change at the hands of others. Thanks for prayers and love!”

She then posted a photo of stitches in her back with the caption, “This gives a whole new meaning to being stabbed in the back!”

Miller pled guilty to not reporting an international monetary transaction and one count of concealing bankruptcy assets in June 2016.

Miller was sentenced to one year and one day in prison, followed by two years of supervised release in May 2017.

As reported, she was released from Victorville to a halfway house in Van Nuys, California on March 27.

Miller’s lawyers did not respond to's request for comment.
