Aaron Hernandez recited the lyrics to "I Need Your Love" to his male lover during a jailhouse visit while his fiancée waited in the lobby to see the disgraced athlete, RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusively.
According to audio tapes exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Hernandez gave his male lover 40 minutes of the 45-minute visit at the Bristol County prison in Massachusetts — leaving Shayanna with a mere five minutes!
“What’s up baby?” Hernandez said as he sat down with his first visitor and alleged lover, Ryan McDonnell. “I like you in that outfit,” McDonnell replied during the July 11, 2013 visit.
Hernandez — noting he’d be getting out in “a few years” — said he and his lover would be heading to California after his release.
“Then, we’re moving to Cali.,” McDonnell said. “Perfect.” Hernandez replied. “You’re going to try out for an arena football team because that’s all you’ll probably be able to play,” McDonnell informed the fallen football star, who quipped back: “If I get out before my thirties — which will be definite — I’ll be on the team.”
Shockingly, the disgraced inmate recited the lyrics to Calvin Harris’ song “I Need Your Love” to his first visitor — as his fiancé and mother of his daughter sat in the waiting room to see her fiancée — who was busy with McDonnell.
“It says: ‘I need your love, I need your time, when everything is wrong you make it feel right — I feel so high, I come alive, I need to be free with you, tonight.” Hernandez belted out to McDonnell, who responded: “I know that song.”
With exchanges of I love you’s being thrown around quietly followed by flirtatious remarks — the murderous athlete didn’t seem to care that the mother of his daughter and fiancé, Shayanna, was waiting in the lobby.
“They gonna let us when we’re halfway done? I don’t wanna take Shayanna’s time, you know what I mean?” McDonnell asked. “I didn’t even know she was coming in.” Hernandez said, brushing the comment aside.
The conversation turned into a heart-to-heart.
“Obviously, the world’s a messed-up world.” Hernandez said. “I’m not saying I’m the greatest person in the world, but I know what I deserve.”
“You just go outside and look outside for an hour? You just look at the sky for an hour?” McDonnell asked. “No, I get it in.” Hernandez replied — sparking a serious response from McDonnell. “You get it in?”

“Hell yeah,” Hernandez said. “What, working out?” McDonnell replied. “What you think, I ain’t putting it nowhere else.”
“Well — I’m saying, you said you like your correctional officer up there.” McDonnell continued. “What’s he look like, is he a big boy?
“Nah, he’s got a tat,” Hernandez replied. “I did see his tat,” McDonnell said, noting that he saw a number of correctional officers walking in when he arrived.
“I’m scared — I don’t know if they know that I’m only getting half the time and Shayanna’s gonna be left inaudible. That’s what I’m nervous about — I don’t want Shayanna...” McDonnell continued. “Did Shayanna drive up here today or did she stay up here?”
“Last night she stayed.” Hernandez replied. “She stayed up here? Where’d she stay, you know?” McDonnell asked. “It’s up to her,” the former Patriot responded.
Hernandez changed the subject — noting that he’s not a “punk” when it comes to being in jail.
“I’m not a punk but I’m not gonna go just cause someone says you’re a punk...'I’ll be like whatever man, do something about it.'"
“Here comes Shay,” McDonnell said, cutting Hernandez off. “Really?” Hernandez replied. “Yeah.”
“I love you” Hernandez quickly whispered, without getting one back as Shayanna was approaching the window.
“So, I really came here for five minutes?” Shayanna said. “That’s stupid of you,” Hernandez jokingly replied. “Are you for real?” Shayanna said, laughing. “I could’ve came up next week. I told you that I didn’t want to come up here in the first place because you had another visitor.
“Oh, you can’t just walk in?” Hernandez asked Shayanna. “No? I can’t just walk in.”
“They called the front and then the guys that I always deal with was like: ‘Oh you only have five minutes or ten minutes.’ I told you I didn’t want to split the visit in the first place.” Shayanna said.
