‘90 Day Fiancé’ Star Angela Deem’s Daughter To Plead Not Guilty In Child Rape Case
90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem’s daughter is declaring her innocence against the 13 child molestation and rape charges against her, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Scottie Deem’s lawyer Frank Smith exclusively told RadarOnline.com of their upcoming October 1, 2018 arraignment, “We’ll be entering a non-guilty plea and asking for a jury trial.”
As RadarOnline.com broke earlier today, Scottie was arrested for aggravated child molestation and aggravated sodomy in September 2017 when the grandmother of the victim contacted authorities.
“Approximately two months prior, Ms. Scottie Deem, a good friend of the family, had Juvenile at her home while her boyfriend was out of town,” the arrest report obtained from Hazlehurst Police Department in Georgia read. “While the Juvenile was there with her and her children, Ms. Deem had sexual intercourse with Juvenile.”
The alleged intercourse happened two to three times at Scottie’s home from July 2017 to August 2017.
Scottie was booked at Jeff Davis Detention Center on September 27, 2017. She was released on $38,700 bond on September 28, 2017.
According to an indictment obtained from Jeff Davis Superior Court, Scottie, 34, was charged with one county of aggravated child molestation, 11 counts of child molestation and one count of statutory rape on September 12, 2018.
For the first count, Scottie is being accused of “committing an indecent act to victim, a child under the age of 16 years, involving the mouth of the accused and the sexual organs of said child, with the intent to arouse the sexual desires of herself by placing her mouth on said child’s penis, said act involving an act of sodomy."

As for the second, third and fourth counts, Scottie is being accused of “arousing the sexual desires of herself by allowing said child to place his finger on her vagina.”
Counts fix, six and seven read, “Scottie Marlene Deem did commit an indecent act to victim, with the intent to arouse the sexual desires of herself by touching said child’s penis with her hand."
Scottie is being also accused of touching the victim’s genitals in the presence of her five children for the final five counts.
Scottie has appeared on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days with her mom Angela, who has an arrest record of her own. Angela was arrested for driving under the influence on September 2.
Scottie has also appeared on Maury twice. Her mother Angela accused Scottie’s boyfriend Terry of not being the father of her two daughters.
