The former reality star rocked a casual look, with sneakers and an oversized sweater to keep her comfy on the plane.
The 30-year-old made the trip from Los Angeles, where she and fiancé Tim Rosenman reside.
Gushing about Rosenman in a recent interview, Port shared: "It's so nice to have that security and protection to know that you have a partner to get through everything with."
