WATCH Cuba Gooding Jr. Surrender Himself To NYPD On Groping Allegations

Cuba Gooding Jr. turned himself in to the New York Police Department Thursday, June 13, and RadarOnline.com has obtained video and photographs of the actor hanging his head in shame as he makes his way into the building.
Gooding, 51, surrendered himself to authorities following allegations that he groped a woman at a rooftop bar in Manhattan over the weekend.
The New York City Police Department has opened an investigation into claims, a spokesperson for the NYPD previously told Radar.
The boozy incident allegedly took place at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge located in Midtown Manhattan.
A 30-year-old woman alleges Gooding grabbed her breasts while they were talking at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge located in Midtown Manhattan.
She then got into a verbal altercation with the star, resulting in security having to break them up.

One eyewitness told Radar the actor seemed "extremely intoxicated" and had been at the rooftop lounge for hours.
Social media posts also showed Gooding having a good time with clubgoers. In one video he yells into the camera and makes kissy faces.
He was also caught on camera singing and dancing wildly.
The case has been referred to the NYPD Special Victims Division.
In a video posted by the media, Gooding denied any inappropriate conduct and said he trusts the legal system.
"I trust the system, let the process speak for itself," he said. "There's a tape that shows what really happened."
