Tyra Banks Finally Confesses She Got Nose Job Early In Her Career: 'I Admit It!'

In the spirit of keeping it real and loving oneself, supermodel Tyra Banks has let out her biggest cosmetic secret: she got a nose job!
The 44-year-old dropped the news during a tell-all interview with PEOPLE, as she promoted her new memoir, Perfect Is Boring.
"Natural beauty is unfair," Banks told the magazine. "I get really uncomfortable when women who are these natural beauties judge anybody who does anything to themselves."
In her book, she revealed that she got a nose job — which she kept secret for decades — early on in her career. "I had bones in my nose that were growing and itching," wrote Banks. "I could breathe fine, but I added cosmetic surgery. I admit it! Fake hair, and I did my nose. I feel I have a responsibility to tell the truth."
Among other things, Banks admitted she's not necessarily a fan of the "no makeup" because she herself doesn't feel she can pull it off.
"We place a lot of emphasis on that," she said. "As a model, I needed makeup. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. It leveled my playing field. Gisele Bündchen, you don't need it? I do! And we're both modeling for Victoria's Secret."

Mocking the #IWokeUpLikeThis movement, Banks previously shocked fans when she shared a hairless and makeup-free selfie of herself in which she looked disheveled and barely-awake!
"You know how people say #nofilter but you know there's a freakin' filter on their pic? Or maybe there's a smidge of retouching going on but they're lying and saying it's all raw & real? Well, this morn, I decided to give you a taste of the really real me. I wanted to smooth out my dark circles so badly!!! But I was like, "Naw, Ty. Show 'em the REAL you." So...here I am. Raw.
