Transformed By Surgery: Kim Kardashian’s Nip Tuck Obsession Exposed

Whether it’s her butt, her boobs or her nose, Kim Kardashian has always denied having any plastic surgery…apart from a little Botox. But experts and ex-husbands alike say otherwise!

1. Butt She has been dogged by rumors her famous derriere has been surgically enhanced – and Kim has always denied it, even going so far as to have a doctor X-ray her butt and showing the picture on TV as proof. But a new magazine alleges she has had a little help. A source told The Making of Kim Kardashian: “Kim had lipo on her legs and the doctor moved the fat into her butt.”

2. Botox Kim, 32, does admit to having at least one plastic surgery procedure. In an interview with Nightline, she once said: “I’m totally not against plastic surgery. I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the one thing that I’ve done.”

3. Full body makeover? In 2010 Kim’s first husband – music producer Damon Thomas – claimed he paid for her to have extensive plastic surgery, including a boob job and liposuction. He told In Touch: “She wanted to have that lifestyle. She wanted to be what she ultimately became.”

4. Liposuction Kim and Damon divorced in 2004 after just four years of marriage. In court papers uncovered by Star magazine she alleged her husband forced her to get liposuction, giving her $3,650 to get the procedure done. According to the court papers, Kim said: “I had to be perfect for him.”

5. Nose In a 2010 interview with Nightline Kim denied having a nose job. She said she thought about doing it – even consulting with a doctor because it’s her “biggest insecurity.” But while she claims she chickened out at the last minute, plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn thinks otherwise, telling Gawker.com that her “nose appears to have gotten a little shorter and more refined, possibly from…conservative rhinoplasty.”

6. Boobs Kim has also denied having a boob job, telling Nightline: “If I take this bra off you will tell me I need to get them done.” But, in his professional opinion, Dr. Anthony Youn says her “breasts appear overly round and full for her thin figure.” He said this “’roundness’ is a likely sign of breast implants.”

7. Cellulite Kim has admitted she had a procedure to help rid her of the dreaded orange peel. Back in 2008 she admitted to having VelaShape – a “non-surgical device that massages the needed area and stimulates the blood circulation so that it minimizes cellulite.” She said: “I…am happy with my shape…cellulite, not so much!”

8. Lip Injections While Pregnant? Earlier this year Kim tweeted a photo of her plumper “pregnancy lips,” which she said were “outta control.” A source reportedly told In Touch that the celebrity had “lip injections” and “Botox” while pregnant – a claim her mom Kris Jenner vehemently denies.
