Trapped in a seemingly never-ending lawsuit, actress Tori Spelling was seen on a back-to-school shopping spree with her children this Monday in California.
The mother of five wore a long white maxi dress as she visited Target and H&M at Westfield Shopping Mall in Woodland Hills, California.
She was accompanied by children Finn, Hattie, Stella, Liam – all who helped her carry the enormous shopping bags as they loaded up their new goodies in the family car.
Ignoring her massive lawsuit, Spelling was all smiles while out with her kids.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the actress was ordered to pay a whopping $220K amid her ongoing legal battle with City National Bank.
The chaos began when the Beverly Hills star, 44, and her husband Dean McDermott, 50, failed to pay off a $400,000 loan.
Ever since, she’s been spotted out shopping at various locations with her family amid her growing financial crisis.
She even threw daughter Stella a lavish unicorn birthday party and suffered backlash for over-spending on a fancy and unsafe nursery for her new baby.
