The concerned friend told RadarOnline.com exclusively Spelling was "really worried and regretting it."
"She risked the injections getting lumpy if she tried to fix it so she just has to let it deflate."
The informant also claims the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star got a tummy tuck following the birth of 1-year-old son Beau Dean McDermott — a surgery she also ended up regretting.
"She complained of complications with the tummy tuck and that she was sick and got an infection."
But sources say Spelling's friends don’t know what to believe because she is "such a drama queen." The insider added: "She said she was sick and in pain but some of her friends just believe she liked taking the pain pills and was being her usual dramatic self."
