The actress, who's been slammed with lawsuits from American Express in the past, was sued once again by the company over unpaid credit card debt, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by E! News, Spelling failed to pay $87,594.55 in fees on one of her American Express platinum credit cards.

A copy of the card statement from AmEx was included in the documents, revealing it was cancelled on April 27, 2016 with the shocking unpaid balance.
